Mardin’de yeni mekanlardan biri. Mekan ve servis: Ortalama bir yer. Mekan şık ancak içeride sigara içildiği için havada hep bir duman efekti var. Arada yukarıdan havalandırsalar da yeterli olmuyor. Servis hızlı. Çalışanlar ilgili. Gittiğimizde mekanın yarısından fazlası doluydu. İftar yemeği süreci aksamadan devam etti. Birinci çaylardan sonra biz istemeden gelmedi. İstediğimizde de hızlıca getirdiler. Yemekler ve fiyat: İftar menüsünde ara sıcaklar olsaydı fiyatı ile daha orantılı olurdu. Yemeklerin tatları ortalama. Mardin tabağı çok yetersiz. Normal mardin tabağı daha zengindir. Hünkar beğendinin tadı güzeldi, sevildi. Mardin tabağı menüsü 230, hünkar beğendi 215 TL idi. Ara sıcaksız fiyatlar fazla olsa da genel Mardin iftar menüleri içinde yüksek değil fiyatları. Türk kahvesi istedik. İlk ödeme sırasında almadılar. İkram olduğunu düşündük. Ama sonrasında servis elemanı yanlışlık olduğunu söyleyip kahve ücretlerini aldı. Müşteri memnuniyeti için unutmuşken sonrasında almamaları gerekirdi. Düşük bütçeli bu gibi şeyleri ikram etmeleri müşteri memnuniyeti için önemli. Dikkate alırlar umarım.
